Martha (Betty) has truly become a part of our family over last year taking care of our one-year old son full-time and our five-year old daughter after school and during her school breaks. She has become a person we deeply value and look forward to seeing every day. My son always greets her in the morning with huge smile and hug, excited to start his day. And he is just as happy at the end of the day. Martha is extremely trustworthy; I never worry about the safety of my children when they were with her. Martha has driven our kids to classes, play dates, and parks. She would also coordinate age appropriate activities coinciding perfectly with the kids' respective interests. Some people just have a way with children, and Martha is definitely one of those people. She exhibits patience with the kids and treated them with respect.
