As a mother of 6, for the past decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to seniors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I find fulfillment in helping others live comfortably. My skills include respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I also have experience with dementia care, medical management, and hospice services. I am adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I prioritize respecting my client's independence. I keep families informed through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred communication methods.
