About Martha

Hello ! My name is Martha, and I'm a 22-year-old Behavioral Technician passionate about working with children. I have strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience supporting kids on the autism spectrum, including those with ADHD and verbal or non-verbal needs. I hold a BS in Health Science, am CPR-certified, and have an RBT certification. While I have one year of professional caregiving experience, my skills and dedication make it feel like much longer. I'm happy to babysit kids of all ages, from babies to older children. I'm bubbly, outgoing, patient, and flexible with scheduling to meet your family's needs. I can assist with light cleaning, meal prep, laundry, homework, and pets (except cats due to allergies). Being fluent in English and Twi helps me connect with diverse families.
