About Martha

Words can’t express how amazing Martha is — she truly has been a godsend to our family. She came into our lives at a time when I desperately needed someone to care for my one-year-old son, and she instantly became part of our family. Martha has cared for my son for almost a year now, and she consistently goes above and beyond. She’s reliable, patient, and always on time. My children adore her — my three-year-old daughter, who isn’t even under her care, calls her “Abuelita” because that’s how loved and trusted she is in our home. Martha communicates wonderfully throughout the day, keeping me updated on what she and my son are doing. She plans activities, takes him on walks, does arts and crafts, and helps with meals — introducing him to new foods and encouraging independence with things like using utensils and cups. My son has grown and learned so much under her care. His speech and confidence have blossomed, and he’s picking up words in both English and Spanish. Most importantly, he feels loved, safe, and happy every single day she’s with him. Any family who gets the chance to work with Martha will be so lucky. She’s not just a caregiver — she’s truly a part of our family, and we are so grateful for her.
