About Martha

Hi! My name is Martha, and I bring a thoughtful, patient, and empathetic approach to childcare. I have two years of hands-on experience working in a special needs preschool classroom, where I supported children with diverse abilities and needs. I've also helped care for my younger brother, who is autistic and now 12 years old. These experiences have shaped my ability to stay calm under pressure, connect with children on their level, and provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. I truly enjoy getting to know each child as an individual and creating routines and activities that support their development and happiness.
