About Martha

I'm an experienced caregiver, I've been working for more than 15 years on educational and caregiving fields. I've always had a passion for helping children grow and develop, I strive to make a positive impact on their lives. I've a degree in Early Childhood Pedagogy so I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play. I'm patient, calm and creative. I love playing games with children, both educational and fun and I have some experience with Montessori education. In my spare time I like to play basketball, go to the gym, reading and also enjoy outside time. My skills includes responsibility, care, dynamic. I have my driver license with clean record. I'm a non smoker, have my own car and I love pets. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day. Spanish is my first language so I can teach it to kids, I've an intermediate level of English, I keep studying it and always working on improve it.
