I hired Martha as my new provider came as scheduled and provided a very thorough job doing all of the things I asked and more did a very thorough job cleaning excellent job on my laundry too as I'm disabled would highly recommend her

I had a disappointing experience with this housekeeper. We scheduled three separate meetings. She canceled the first two (once due to childcare issues and once due to illness), and then did not show up for the third appointment without notifying me. When I reached out to ask if she was still coming, she responded by asking for double the hourly rate we had originally agreed on.

Because of the repeated cancellations, the no-show, and the last-minute rate change, I was unable to move forward and cannot recommend her based on my experience.

I am a bit concerned about all these 5 star reviews that Martha received.  I contacted her with written questions in English. Her response was "Hi".   I responded with "hello" she then responded  with a "Yes".  I then had my questions translated to Spanish.  No response from her.   She sounded wonderful on paper, but if we are to communicate, I see a strong RED flag.  


Martha and her coworker were absolutely FANTASTIC!  Very professional and friendly.  Worked efficiently and did a thorough job. Cleaned even more areas than I expected! Would definitely recommend and hire again! 

Absolutely Loved her! She brought a coworker with her and together they cleaned so fast and efficiently. She was sweet and did her job. She even with the extra mile and deep cleaned my baseboards. Definitely will have her back. I'm so happy to have found her!

She did amazing with my house and I ended up hiring her for my parents house which needed REAL help as they are disabled. I will definitely hire her again as she works hard and very efficiently.

Martha did a fantastic job deep cleaning this rental for us. She was very detailed and pointed out some possible issues for the maintenance team to review. She exceeded our expectations.

The service wasn't a consistent deep clean, or in line with my ad, agreed work, and price. She doesn't understand English well, and   my bedroom didn't look clean and tidy. I thought she was nice, but more expensive than I said up front that I could pay.
