About Martha

I'd describe my personality as a responsible, honest and caring person. I like working with kids because I enjoy taking care of them, and to help them grow and develop to be happy. I'm looking for a job where I can find my joy, which is sharing time, helping and taking care of children. I started working with kids after my 1987 graduation in Colombia. I was a children teacher for 2 years, then moved to the USA, took care of kids and educated my 3 kids, which are now responsible adults. In my spare time, I like time with my family and friends, traveling if possible, watching my plants, to enjoy a good restaurant and watch movies with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a responsible person who'll take care and show children love. My skills include Patience and calm in every interaction with the children. Connect with them verbally for good communication and trust. Organizing schedules, activities and discipline that'll help them in their development.
