About Marta

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With eight years of experience, I specialize in Math, Test Preparation, and Study Skills for students ranging from elementary school through college. My approach focuses on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I adapt my methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, and interactive discussions to suit your unique learning style. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps and celebrating every "aha!" moment, I help students develop the critical thinking skills necessary for long-term success. I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure we are aligned in supporting your academic goals. I am comfortable working in your home, at a center, or in a library, and I am always happy to work alongside your pets. I truly look forward to helping you grow and succeed.
