About Marta

I grew up in Cambridge, MA and spent my childhood playing creatively, fostering passions for dance and music, and enjoying diverse friendships. As a middle school math teacher, English tutor, and experienced babysitter, my hope is to provide a similar adolescent experience to the next generation of children. After my graduation from the University of California , Santa Barbara, I lived in Rome, Italy, teaching English to child and adult students. I love to share my knowledge of Italian, dance, and art with the people (and children) I interact with. I am comfortable cooking, cleaning, and honoring the specific needs of children and families. It's important to me that kiddos treat others with respect, get outside, and honor their curiosities. I look forward to hearing from you!
