He is hands down the best caregiver we have had for our son. He is reliable when it comes to scheduling and arrives to our home on time. He is engaged, nurturing, and attuned to our toddler when they are together. Mars meets our son where he is emotionally in the moment and has established a consistent routine for their time together which includes getting my son down for an afternoon nap! Mars has been a great addition to our home and family. His trustworthiness and transparent nature were evident from the first time we met him. It has really been a privilege to observe the bond between him and my little guy grow. We have high standards when it comes to the influences we choose as part of our child’s growth and development and Mars’ role in this is a decision I’m so happy to have made.
