About Marsheyl

I have a lifelong connection to caring for the elderly, shaped by both my education and personal experience. I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Social Work, with a minor in Aging, which has provided me with a strong foundation in gerontology, advocacy, and person-centered care. I helped care for my grandmother during the final stages of her life, an experience that was deeply meaningful, as she was my best friend throughout my life. Additionally, I have been immersed in senior living environments from a young age, as my mother worked with seniors. Through volunteering alongside her, I assisted with activities, feeding, and companionship across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.
