About Marshay

I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, both professionally and within my own family. As the oldest of five siblings, I have actively helped care for my younger brothers and sisters, including my 1-year-old brother, 9-year-old twins, and teenage siblings. This hands-on experience has given me strong childcare skills, including multitasking, patience, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. I also have formal training as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which has strengthened my ability to provide responsible and compassionate care. I am currently in the process of obtaining my CPR certification and additional childcare training to further enhance my skills. I am dedicated to ensuring every child feels safe, engaged, and well cared for, and I look forward to bringing my experience and enthusiasm to your family!
