Hello there! I've been a nanny for the over 12 years.. I've provided care for children of all ages. I've also worked as a Therapeutic Staff Support and a substitute teacher. In addition to my work experience, I'm also a mother of a 9-year-old who still in one piece so I'm going to say I'm good at it :) Being the youngest of 11, I've always been around children & have a natural love & ability to care for them. My Jamaican upbringing in addition to my experience and education have allowed me to find the perfect balance between being firm but yet gentle. My philosophy in life is take time to enjoy the small things. This reflects in my daily care of children. Weather permitting, I always have outdoor activities planned, weather it's digging for worms, jumping in puddles and things of that nature. I also enjoy doing a lot of arts and craft activities and reading but what's most important to me is to provide a nurturing environment for the children in my care.
