Hello! My name is Marsha, and I bring both compassion and professional healthcare experience to the families I serve. I currently work in healthcare as a Nursing Support Tech, where I assist with patient care including vitals, lab collection, mobility, and daily activities. I am also pursuing my nursing degree, which allows me to provide care with both skill and empathy. I have experience working with children, seniors, and individuals with special needs. Whether it's helping with daily living activities, preparing meals, providing companionship, or supporting medical needs, I always focus on creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment.
