About Marsha

My name is Marsha, and I have dedicated my life to caring for children. With over a decade of experience as a nanny and babysitter, I have had the privilege of working with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I have also cared for infants overnight, providing comforting and attentive care during nighttime hours. Throughout my life, I have raised three children of my own my 27-year-old son and my identical twin boys, who are now 18 giving me firsthand experience in nurturing, guiding, and supporting children through various stages of development. My responsibilities have included ensuring children's safety, preparing nutritious meals, assisting with homework, and engaging them in educational and recreational activities that foster learning and fun. I excel at creating structured routines, managing behavioral challenges with patience and understanding, and cultivating a positive, stimulating environment that encourages growth and independence.
