I approach my work with dedication and patience and remain calm under pressure. I am dependable, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible. I work well both independently and as part of a team and adapt quickly to change. I enjoy working with seniors because caregiving is fulfilling and meaningful. I also value learning from them, as caring for seniors contributes to both my personal and professional growth. I am seeking a role where I can continue to learn and grow. My passion for caregiving began through community service. In my spare time, I participate in community service and attend trainings to further enhance my skills. I treat every resident as if they were my own family, providing care with patience and attention to detail. Senior Care Skills: Assistance with ADLs, observation and reporting of condition changes, and emotional support, especially for seniors with dementia or anxiety.
