About Marley

Hello! I am a professional caregiver with many years of experience in a variety of settings, including in-home, daycare, and classrooms, as well as a year AuPairing in Spain. I graduated from Warren Wilson College with a degree in Child Psychology and bring energy, creativity, and mindfulness into my interactions with kiddos. I respect children as young humans and prefer to work with families who do the same. I rarely use my phone around kiddos and focus deeply on mutual respect, communication, love, and FUN. I believe in positive reinforcement and redirection and am comfortable and experienced with handling the big emotions and moments of childhood. I am supportive of all family styles and focus heavily on nature and art based learning, both with kiddos and in my personal life. Personally, I enjoy hiking, gardening, reading, traveling, doing yoga, cooking wholesome food, and playing fiddle! Please note: I am available on weekends and some evenings - no daytime availability.
