About Marlette

I am currently an Area Director for a company where I oversee Direct Care staff, and ensure they provide outstanding support to Individuals with Disabilities. I have been working with the ages for 11 years now, however I been in patient support care for 25 plus years. I have professional experience being a Group Home Manager, Program Director, and now as an Area Director managing over 15 homes in NJ. I am knowledgeable of state regulations and adhere to them providing outstanding care. Over the years I worked in homes doing patient care as a home health aide. While I have worked on the administration side I allowed my certification to lapse while I have not required it. However I have been to school for Medical Assistant and Home Health Aide over my career. I am looking to work on the side of my 9-5 to aide someone in need, that will allow mw to earn some extra to add to my salary while doing what I love helping and caring for others in a professional manner.
