With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and some college education, I am passionate about fostering well-being and independence. I am patient, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those I care for. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with empathy. I provide transportation, run errands, offer light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text updates, and honor their preferred method.
