I have worked with Marlén In childcare for 3 years now and she is a very loving and caring employee. She is always ionntop of it when it comes to making sure the kids are occupied. She’s worked with 24+ kids in a classroom even by herself so she is able to work great with many kids at the same time. She is great at multitasking and great at making sure the kids are having fun but also makes sure to set rules to have a safe and clean environment. She loves to make sure everything’s pick up nicely before the end of the day and is great at putting the friends to nap. I have no doubts about Marlen and working with her has been a pleasure. Anyone who does have her would be lucky ! She’s amazing!!
