About Marlene

I have a very sensitive heart with children, growing up I was taught by my mother that there is nothing more important than family and the love and support of family can give someone eternal happiness and joy. From that moment on, I had decided that I would want to spend the rest of my life ensuring that every child I encounter will leave with a positive person in their life. I major in Social Work and want to get my social work degree and work with children through counseling and help find homes for foster children. I plan to attend graduate school after my bachelor's and get a degree in psychology counseling. With that being said it would be a pleasure to be apart of someone's growth and contribute to the distress of parenthood, given my mom was a single mom growing up. I looked up to my babysitters and Daycare's a lot, they both shared a good contribution to the person I am now. I want to inspire children to be kind, brave, and always do the right thing.
