About Marlene

Marlene watched my infant son every single day for 8-9 hours a day from the age of 9 months to 15 months. She also watched my 3.5 year old daughter along with my son on occasion in my home. My son took his first steps with Marlene and I will never forget that she made sure to record them so that my husband and I could see. Marlene is everything you could want in a caregiver/nanny to young children. She is nurturing, patient and unwavering in her dedication to children. Marlene is a natural caregiver. Her instincts are sharp when it comes to what children need to thrive and be happy. She is an excellent communicator with parents, she implements everything parents want about feeding solid food, schedules or routine. Marlene would even take notes about our son’s day so we knew how things went - She is thorough and detailed. She often would bring activities to do with my son and daughter from her own supplies, never once relying on a screen. She knows a great deal about child learning and development. Marlene was extremely reliable and never arrived late or canceled last minute. My husband and I absolutely adored Marlene and we think the world of her. If only every nanny could be like Marlene!
