About Marlene

Marlene is a caring and experienced newborn care specialist that has become a close friend to our family. She started caring for our baby girl when she was just 1 month old, primarily overnight shifts. If Marlene has availability, book her right away! Marlene’s experience, combined with her respectful and thoughtfulness guided us to raising our baby in the best way. Marlene anticipated our needs and questions, and was always looking ahead for our baby. For example when our baby was a little older, Marlene suggested how we could shift her sleep schedule to begin early sleep training. She always brought up these suggestions and ideas in a respectful, teaching kind of way. We were especially grateful for that. She even analyzed our baby log book and Nanit sleep data routinely, looking at feeding amounts, nap durations and overnight sleep performance to ensure our baby was as comfortable as possible. She would then make suggestions for how we could together help our baby to stay on track or ahead of growth milestones. Marlene is also incredibly friendly and finds a way to accommodate every request we asked of her. She once researched and tested the various ways to optimize and deep clean our dishwasher after she noticed some scale build up on the baby parts. She is that detail oriented! Marlene is beloved by all in our family, especially my parents. We are so glad to have had Marlene help bring our baby into the world and my wife and I can’t recommend her enough.
