My son and I come as a team and work together to do a job that is exceptional. We like to do a 1x deep clean (charged separately) and then to a weekly or bi-weekly maintenance to rotate things like ceiling fans, vacuum upholstery, change your filters, and clean your food storage and dish areas. Our minimum rate is $35 per hour. We like to also tell you in advance that dusting areas where you have glass or breakable items that need to be moved to clean, we do not insure. You must supply your own vacuum, cleaning rags and solutions. We can make suggestions. If you have inside pets with long hair there is an up charge of $20 per hour.
