About Marlena

I have 12 years of childcare experience specializing in infant and toddler care. I've stayed with families for 1-4 years at a time and taken on temporary newborn positions including overnight care. I'm currently in training to become an IBCLC (international board certified lactation consultant). I'm also a certified holistic health coach and herbalist. I enjoy supporting parents in providing a loving, fun, nurturing, safe, healthy, and stimulating environment for their children to flourish in. I always respect and adapt to the parenting styles of each family to provide consistency for children. I keep up to date with the latest childhood development research to ensure that children feel safe and loved so they may form healthy connections and attachments.
