About Marla

Hello! My name is Marla and I am a senior care companion with many years of experience. I enjoy and am able to spend time with your loved one, helping them feel connected and cared for. What I do: provide conversation, play intellectual stimulating games (memory, trivia, blast from the past, etc). Physical strength concerns, I have very light weights, bands and many simple sitting exercises. I can also read from their favorite book. If they are able, take walks with them, engaged with their favorite hobbies. I work with families and the individual's schedule and interests. I also offer transportation, meal prep, cooking, light housekeeping, laundry, change bedding, shopping and other errands. My goal is to be a dependable, compassionate companion who helps seniors remain engaged, independant and enjoy their everyday lives.
