I truly have a passion for taking care of and teaching children. They are our future. Every child deserves a care giver who will love them, treat them with respect, and meet their physical and developmental needs. I am committed to the process of preparing each child to reach their highest potential in life.

Marlana was perfect! It was my first time using care but she made me so comfortable and my daughter absolutely loved her!

Excellent sitter! My son took to her immediately and was very happy and cared for. Marlana is kind, professional and thoughtful!

Marlana is absolutely wonderful! She was a full time nanny for our baby between 4-9 months. She is incredibly reliable, attentive to the schedule I asked her to follow, and very nurturing. She was with us while I was solo parenting during my partners deployment and honestly was a second parent to our baby at the time. Her calm presence was an added bonus for me during a stressful time! Thank you Marlana!

Marlana was so great with our 3-4 month old! She was kind, attentive, fantastic with communication, and gave our baby lots of love when we were out.

Marlana helped us when we were in a pinch and our kids (and us) love her so much that she's been back several times. She's a natural with kids and I recommend her highly.

Marlana arrived early, was polite, friendly. She took my daughter to the neighborhood park. I'm glad she was available so last minute. My daughter enjoy her and loved that she got to keep going outside.

Marlana has been a blessing for our family. She is almost magical with my kids (8,8,10). I know they're safe, of course. But in addition to safe - she helps them flourish. She's created a connection with each of them, and has an amazing ability to balance kindness with setting appropriate expectations. She's not just a sitter who takes my direction - she is a truly experienced caregiver, who enriches my kids' lives. She also handles housekeeping for us, with incredible efficiency and skill. She's an extraordinarily hard worker, with amazing results. I'd trust her with anything and recommend her without hesitation.

Marlene is a total professional. She was punctual, organized, and kept the kids busy and engaged. She is responsible when it comes to driving and transporting children. I would absolutely hire her again.

I am still in the process of trying to find a backup sitter but Marlene was awesome in her interview. Warm and friendly. Very professional and she knew what questions to ask and made me feel very comfortable. She showed a sincere interest in getting to know me and my daughter.

Marlene is wonderful with my two boys! They are energetic with some behavior challenges, but she handles them with grace and wisdom. They are so excited when I say that it is Ms. Marlene day.

I hired Marlena on several occasions to babysit my children, one of whom has special needs, and I cannot say enough about her. She is a wonderful babysitter and very kind to the kids. She is on time, responds quickly, and handles any challenges the children have with ease. I would absolutely recommend her as a babysitter.

Overall, Marlene is friendly, polite, communicated very well, and has very good qualities to make a good babysitter/nanny, from start to finish.

During the day, she found interesting activities for our child, a twelve month old. How do we know? She sent us photos via text! Yeah, a first for us, it was awesome and surprised us that more don't take advantage of the technology they regularly have in hand. Feed, change, and entertain was the order of the day, and she did well!

Thanks, Marlene!

Caring and very interested in what my son was doing and saying. She's awesome.
