About Marla

I have provided care for several lovely seniors. One of my clients, I will call her Mrs. X was a Hospice patient. I was told she was on hospice because she wouldn't eat. I began to talk to her and asked if she wanted some of the oatmeal I bought for myself, she said yes. After she ate all of the oatmeal I discovered that she would eat if I cooked soft, tasty foods. Before long she was eating all day. The family was very happy and amazed that she was eating and getting along well. I prepared all of her meals, ran errands, reminded her to take her medication, talked and socialized with her, played cards, watched television, prepared her clothes, washed and did light housekeeping. Mrs. X was taken off hospice and as I understand she is doing well. She is a sweet, kind woman. I moved out of the area. I also cared for two other seniors that were delightful individuals. I took care of them until they passed. I love caring for our seniors. They have given so much for us. I love giving back.
