I'm a healthy 57 yrs old! I retired early after 30 years in healthcare to take care of my father with Alzheimer's, who's since passed. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSSW) and an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology with a Concentration in Human Development. I've worked with persons with spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, parkinson's, alzheimer's/dementia, cancer, veterans with PTSD, and mentally challenged young adults. I've Worked in hospitals, acute rehab, and home care settings. I'll provide compassionate high-quality care, including medication management, adjustment to illness, dementia care, and mobility assist. I can prepare nutritious meals, provide transportation, run errands, plan social activities, and help with any daily living tasks. I'm comfortable with pets, have my own transportation. I'm reliable, punctual, positive and trustworthy. I do not smoke or do drugs. Never been in trouble with the law, and have an excellent driving record.

Mark has been a great friend of mine for the last 25yrs. We first met when we worked alongside each other at a large acute care hospital for many years where I was a charge nurse/nurse navigator & he was a social worker/case manager. He’s compassionate, extremely knowledgeable about healthcare, and a wonderful patient advocate. I would absolutely recommend him for a caregiver role.
