Hello My name is Mark and I am passionate about Making a difference in people's lives its my passion, and it's why I've dedicated the last five years to providing compassionate senior care. My background includes some college education. I'm skilled in home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and encouraging physical activity. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I strive to create a comfortable environment for those I care for, and I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I'm patient, empathetic, friendly, and have my own reliable transportation and I'm comfortable with pets. I speak English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
