Well I started cleaning my mom's house in high school so she didn't have to do it, she was a single mom of 3, I wanted her to have free time for herself! When I went to college I was Head of Housekeeping for a 30 room hotel at Aquarena Springs in San Marcos, TX, I did that my junior and senior year. I was responsible for making sure that all rooms were cleaned everyday by noon and all the laundry was done daily. I was responsible for ordering all cleaning supplies, linens and towel, guest room soap and shampoo along with other guest room supplies. Occasionally here and there I have still continued to clean houses along the way. Cleaning houses is very soothing to me. I am looking for a recurring housekeeper position. I am extremely reliable and very thorough in my duties. I have also started taking online Early Childhood Development classes through Texas A&M University.
