Mark worked with our father for roughly a year. He brought a lot of knowledge and experience that we didn’t have ourselves. Very reliable as well, never missed a shift!

I am writing to highly recommend Mark for any role in home healthcare. Mark recently provided care for my father, who was suffering from ALS for the past 4 years and I cannot overstate the positive impact that he had on both my father and our family during this difficult time.

From the moment Mark entered our home he exuded a warm and compassionate demeanor that immediately put us all at ease. Mark was not only highly skilled in providing hands-on care for my father, but he also demonstrated a deep understanding of the emotional toll that a diagnosis like ALS can have on a family. He was always patient and understanding, and he went above and beyond to make my father as comfortable as possible. Mark was also excellent with meeting and dealing with the countless nurses, aides, and specialists who would visit the home and relaying that information to the family. It can be very difficult to keep all that information straight and Mark had a very good handle on it.

In addition to his exceptional caregiving abilities, Mark is also a highly organized and dependable individual. He always kept detailed notes on my father's condition and medications, and he was always prompt and reliable in arriving for his shifts. Mark was also a great communicator, and he kept us updated on any changes or concerns regarding my father's health. As my Fathers condition worsened and required more frequent care, Mark transitioned to live in care and put his personal life aside to better serve my fathers needs. While he did not need to do this it had a profound impact on both my dads mental and physical health. This gave my dad peace of mind and assurance he would be taken care of. It takes a special person to do what Mark did and helped our family tremendously. If not for Mark my father would have had to have been placed in a facility for care as it was above the level my family could provide. My fathers wishes were to be at home and with Marks superb care and work ethic im happy to say we were able to honor those wishes till the end.

Overall, I cannot recommend Mark  highly enough for any home healthcare role. He is a true professional, and care and dedication to my father and our family was nothing short of exceptional. He is a great associate. Very respectful, always on time and all of his coworkers loved him. He was a big loss for Homedepot.
