About Markita

I am eager to help students unlock their full potential. I hold a Masters in teaching degree with a specialty in special education and dyslexia, and believe every student can achieve their goals with personalized support. I vary my teaching strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement. Communication builds trust and a collaborative environment among student, parent, and me. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding aspect . I look forward to helping you succeed. I am a current teacher that teaches Monday through Friday in Elementary school but can teach up to eighth grade. I am available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
