As I wait to match into my residency I have been working as a caregiver for the different patients With different conditions after hospitalization as I provide in HomeCare and helping with Activities of daily living . With a background in Medicine (MD)from St George University, my experience and patient centered care has enabled me care for various patients of post surgery care, post rehabilitation care those on hospice, clients with Alzheimer's , Dementia , Parkinson's and any kind of elderly care one may need Am Able to provide companionship , do laundry help with toileting laundry meal preparations preparation, transportation to appointment , medication reminders, My major goal is to improve patient outcomes through coordinating a multidisciplinary treatment plans and ensuring that your loved one is in safe hands, prevention of falls is one of my goals as I care for your loved one as another of reducing rates of hospitalization and ensuring that your loved one lives a better life
