Marjorie was wonderful in the beginning. She wanted more hours. After it was scheduled, she changed her mind. Then she needed more money and hours, she was given it. 1 hour before her shift on Saturday, she called out; blaming her father. I told her last minute call-outs were unacceptable. Then, she said she had tested positive for Covid from a home test. She was exposed to 2 people with Covid on Wednesday, but she came to work on Friday knowing I have a trache and compromised respiratory system. I told her I needed a test from a medical facility. She said she would get one. An hour later, she again said it was positive. When I asked to see the result, she admitted she lied. She didn't get tested. She finally went to an urgent care and the test was NEGATIVE! She then quit altogether. I have texts and test results as proof!
