About Marjorie

Hello! My name is Marjorie, and I am a graduate student at Lewis & Clark College, currently studying in the Professional Mental Health Counseling program, working towards becoming a therapist. I recently transitioned from a full-time corporate position as a Product Marketing Manager to focus on my studies, and I'm now looking for part-time work that allows me to connect with kids while continuing my education. Over the years, I've accumulated a lot of experience working with children. More recently, I've volunteered at The Dougy Center, a grief counseling center, where I worked with children ages 6-12 to help them process their emotions. I'm an outdoor enthusiast, spending time with my two puppies, Winnie and Dune, and I enjoy painting, knitting, and crafting. I believe in the importance of creative, screen-free activities and outdoor play to help kids thrive. I'd love to create a positive and enriching environment for your children!
