Marjorie has a good personality. She is confident in her abilities and she can take the lead and make clients feel like she's got everything under control. My mom is one tough cookie to please but Marjorie can do it. Marjorie is also very knowledgeable and supportive of me and spends a lot of time communicating and sharing information when she's 'off the clock.' She is a precious pearl!
