Marjorie was my son's first babysitter and remained his and our most beloved caregiver for the rest of his childhood. From the moment she picked him up in her arms, I knew I could trust her completely with my son's physical safety, emotional well-being and the education of his developing mind. She loved him as if her were her own, while always remaining clear that she was there to help him understand his parents' way of doing things and reinforce our approach to his upbringing. She was gentle, patient and kind. She has a deep understanding of how children's minds work and connects with them easily. She was just as comfortable sitting on the floor helping him build a Lego model as she was offering homework support. Our dogs adored her, too, and raced to greet her at the door. Marjorie has been a blessing to us, and any family would be lucky to have her.
