About Marjie

Hi! My name is Marjie. I am a University of California graduate with degrees in Environmental Studies and Education. Additionally, I hold a master's degree in Education (curriculum development and instruction) and a California teaching credential, including English Learner authorizations. I've been working with children for over 10 years in various settings. I provide online, individualized academic support. I'm looking to add 1-2 students to my current tutoring clientele, depending on the amount of hours and needs. I find joy in the opportunity to facilitate learning experiences (academic and non-academic) that support a student's unique needs and strengths. Rates: $60 - 80 per hour tutoring depends on co tent area and travel distance (additional $20/hour per kid for pods of 2+ students)
