The basics about Maritza are that she is reliable, trustworthy, kind and smart. The great things about Maritza are innumerable! I would hire her back in a heartbeat, but our schedule needs aren't compatible. She was a wonderful communicator, with adults and my kids, a toddler and a kindergartner at the time. She was patient without being a pushover. She talked them into doing what she needed (when they didn't want to!) - bath, vegetables or leaving a fun park, without bribes. All we expected of her was done, and done well, by the time we got home. She loved the kids and they loved her. If you think she is a match for your family, hire her- you won't regret it!
