We are really happy to have found Nidia to care for our two girls! She is responsive, patient and caring. Shows up on time and communicates very well. 

Nidia was very friendly and responsive. We did not hire her for our current job but would certainly consider her in the future. 

Nidia is very sweet, dependable and she helped me watch the kids and pick them up from school. My kids are always happy when  they find out she's watching them. We've hired her many times and she is so flexible and willing to be available in a pinch. 

N helped me out during the summer for a mother's helper for 3 boys. 
my boys loved her! young, energetic, playful personality. She became one of us very quickly. Dependable, my schedule often changed last minute and she never complained, always on time. Handled tantrums and behavior problems super well. 
Would definitely hire again. 

I hired Nidia to watch my 18mo daughter part time. She is very sweet and reliable. Was able to work right away, all her references checked out and said nothing but good things. 
She still helps me out for the usual date night.

Nidia responded to my post for a nanny position. We were in the midst of interviewing and I offered an interview slot that same day. We agreed to a time that was "perfect" for Nidia. Nidia sent me a message 40 minutes before she was supposed to arrive, asking to come at a later time. I was not at my computer and did not receive her message until after she was scheduled to have arrived (we were waiting for her). The number one thing we desire in a nanny is dependability and reliability, of which Nidia proved to lack. Given this experience, or lack thereof, and despite her initial communications that were worthwhile, we would not pursue a future working relationship with Nidia. 

NP really stood out for me in my nanny search. I sure was not disappointed when I hired her to watch after my babies for weekend help. She went above & beyond my expectations. 

Nidia was great with my 4 year old love bug, she absolutely loved her. She became one of us quickly. I met her at the pre school that her her high school offered. She adapted very quick and easy. We worked together during summer. She still continues to watch her every now and then. I would giver her 10/10 she's great with kids. 

Nidia had applied for my posted ad.  We spoke over the phone for an agreed interview, and she was a total no show, no call or no SMS reply when I reached out to her, asking her if she was coming.  What a waste of my time and aggravation.  This only shows her lack of responsibility and consideration.  Even if she got a job offer between our communications, or had changed her mind in my offered job, a little courtesy goes along way.


Nidia is a wonderful, patient, sweet and loving babysitter. She knows just what the kids love. My kids absolutely loved her.
