Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for. With three years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I've learned the value of patience and empathy in care. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I have a college degree and currently working on my RN degree. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with ease. I provide verbal updates and communicate regularly with families via text or phone call, depending on their preference. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me.
