With 36 years of experience as a certified and licensed special education teacher, I bring a graduate-level education and a genuine passion for supporting the well-being of children, adults, and seniors. My caregiving journey stems from positive experiences in previous roles, and the desire to support families. I offer respite care, live-in assistance, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility support. I am compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and written reports. I prioritize understanding your loved one's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am certified in CPR and First Aid, and speak English and Spanish.
