About Marissa

Hello! I am high school special education teacher! I teach math as well as have a degree in elementary education. I have a ton of experience with many ages as well as a lot of background with special education, specifically learning disabilities and students with autism. I am hoping to get more into tutoring and use my skills even more! I did a few sessions with read to succeed which is a reading tutoring program in Lansing and have loved it! Additionally I have tutored k-3 students in reading the past year! Feel free to ask for a reference :) Thanks! - I also do online tutoring! This is what I am mostly doing in this moment but I am open depending on traveling distance to in person as well.
