About Marissa

I have a strong background working with children in both classroom and after-school settings, providing one-on-one and small-group support to help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally. I have experience supporting students with autism, assisting with lesson plans and tutoring, promoting independence and daily living skills, and using positive behavior strategies to encourage growth. I have also worked as a program leader, creating engaging activities while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for children. I work closely with teachers, staff, and families, and I collect and monitor student progress to help meet each child's individual needs.
