About Marissa

I love working with kids because I enjoy helping them grow, learn, and overcome challenges. I enjoy having fun and being creative. Every child is unique, and I find it incredibly rewarding to support their development and be a positive, caring influence in their lives. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, swimming and exploring Arizona. One thing families should know about me is that I truly care. I treat every child like they're my own and always try to create a safe, loving, and supportive space. I don't like to treat it as a just job it's so much more than that. I respect boundaries because every family is different. I can adapt to any parenting style. My skills Patience, Communication and Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution. There is a character limit but I have experience in DCS group homes child ages (2-17) , behavior health with autism and behavioral challenging kids and caregiver for elderly.
