About Marissa

Hi! I am 26, from Long Island, but I stay in Westchester often. I am a grad student at Mercy University. My schedule fluctuates based on my classes and requirements. This semester, I am available Mondays all day, tues&wed in morning till early afternoon, and Thursdays I am not free at all. Fridays I can be made available if needed, but typically I am spending time with my grandparents that day and then traveling back to Westchester. Occasionally I can be available on weekends if given enough notice. I have been working with and caring for children of all ages starting in 2012 through babysitting and as a summer camp counselor. Recently I worked as a Teachers Aide at a school for kids aged 2-21 with both cognitive and physical disabilities. I was also a Student Clinician at my undergraduate Speech & Hearing Clinic. I have always loved working with children, so I hope to someday work with children in my future career as a Speech Pathologist!
