Aloha, my name is Marissa! I am originally from Minnesota, but moved to Hawaii 10 years ago. I have babysat for over 20 families, and even spent a couple of years as a live-in nanny for a super awesome family with an infant, 2 & 3-year-old! I have over 15 years of experience with kids of all ages!

Marissa was amazing!! We were in Kauai for a week and Marissa took care of my 16 month-old for about 30 hours throughout the week. She was easily able to handle bed time, meal time, and anything else we through at her. She was so flexible with our schedule and understood we were on vacation, which we really appreciated. My son LOVED her. On the first day when we left him with her, he was hysterically crying. Marissa was not phased at all! She was able to calm him down with in minutes, knew how to handle it and gave me updates of how he was doing and how much fun they were having. She put me at ease and I never worried about it for the rest of the week. I had never really used care.com before and was nervous - Marissa made it all so easy and great!! I also spoke to a few of her previous families that she'd babysat/nanny for and they could not speak more highly of her! I highly highly recommend Marissa and would love to hire again!
