About Marissa

Hi! My name is Marissa, and I have over 12 years of hands-on childcare experience. My background includes working in various educational settings such as preschools, daycares, and public schools, giving me a strong foundation in both early childhood development and academic support. I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, including those with differing abilities and unique needs, and I pride myself on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I'm currently looking for a full-time nanny position (approximately 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. ) for the summer, available through the end of September. Beginning in October, I will transition to student teaching but would still love to help families with after-school childcare from around 4:30 p.m. onward. I'm reliable, patient, and creative, and I love planning fun activities that encourage both learning and play. I look forward to getting to know you and your family!
